How did I get here?
My Montreal West story started back in 2006, when my then-girlfriend (now wife, Courtney Prieur) convinced me to move into an apartment at 217 Westminster. At the time, Montreal West was just a convenient halfway point between our jobs. But it didn’t take long for us to realize this place was special — the kind of town where neighbours actually care, and community events fill the calendar faster than you can say “see you at park.” We fell in love; first with each other, then with this amazing town.
A year later, we put down roots on Garden Road (north of the hump) and have since grown into a family of four, with two incredible daughters, Clara (13) and Emilie (11).
Volunteerism
If my name rings a bell, it’s probably because you’ve seen me around — usually volunteering (and occasionally wearing an apron or a whistle). Whether it’s serving drinks on Canada Day, flipping burgers at the Kids Duathlon, coaching soccer with MWCRA, NDGSA, and École des Amis-du-Monde, or refereeing swim meets at the MW outdoor pool and CSLA swim team, I’ve always believed that the best way to be part of a community is to roll up your sleeves and pitch in.
On the more “official” side of things, I’ve spent the past four years as a proud member of the Environmental Action Committee (EAC) — where I started and still organize the annual Garage Sale & Garage Band event (a combo that’s as fun as it sounds!). I also serve on the Community Services Council (CSC), helping shape the valued programs and services of our town.

Why am I running?
Beyond the credentials, I’m running because I genuinely love this town — its people, parks, beautiful homes, and the way neighbours stop to chat and get to know each other. Montreal West isn’t just where we live; it’s where we belong.
If elected, I promise to listen first. I want every resident to feel heard and respected. My priorities include clearer communication from council, more inclusive decision-making, and practical, long-term planning that protects both our heritage and our tax dollars.
Profession and qualifications
Professionally, I bring a bilingual background in business management and operations (Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Certificate in Operations Management), along with years of experience running a small distribution company. Translation: I understand budgets, logistics, and how to make things run efficiently and I take fiscal responsibility seriously.
